Silicon Valley Is Commandeering San Francisco’s Super Bowl- Sanjay Patel

In this article it talks about how many Silicon Valley companies are going to be a major factor in the Super Bowl and the week leading up to it. There will be a free fan village by the Embarcadero waterfront, the NFL Experience all week long at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Some tech giants like SAP have a lot invested in this week long event. SAP has developed an app to make sure that the 7,000+ volunteers are connected throughout the designated timings. Also, Intuit has developed an app to connect local San Francisco businesses to the fans that have arrived to help grow the businesses and the local economy.

Additionally, Uber will have a special lot alloted for their use for more effiecient pick-ups and drop-offs for the game. Also, over 100 Google busses will be in service to pick up more than 5000 fans from designated spots in the city and bring them to the stadium.
